Take a dip in our gorgeous 25-yard, 4-lane lap pool, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. Aqua Fit

Join our fun and energetic aquatic class, which combines cardio intervals with full-body toning and conditioning. Using water resistance, body weight, noodles, and water weights, this class is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

Aqua Intense

Take your aquatic workout to the next level with this class, which builds on the movements and exercises of Aqua Fit. Expect longer intervals and a slightly higher intensity to challenge you and boost your fitness.

Aqua ZUMBA

If you enjoy Zumba on land, you'll love Aqua Zumba even more! This water-based version combines the same energetic music and dance moves with the added benefits of water resistance. Plus, it's gentle on your joints, making it perfect for those who want a fun, low-impact workout.
Pool Lane Reservations: 
At Lake Park, you can reserve a lane exclusively for your use, and you’re welcome to invite up to 3 guests to share the lane. Each time slot has 4 available reservations (one for each lane). You can use the lane for lap swimming or water walking. Click here to make a lane reservation

Open Swim Times: 
Every week, there are four designated time slots for open swim, with no reservations required. Lane selection is on a first-come, first-served basis, and sharing lanes is necessary. We recommend that walkers share lanes with walkers, and swimmers with swimmers. To ensure fair access for all members, open swim is limited to one hour per person.

We offer personalized swim coaching for members aged 14 and older, led by our expert coach, Melissa Pavlica. Melissa is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, former competitive swimmer, and L3 US Masters Swim Coach. This customized coaching is the ideal way to improve your swimming technique and reach your aquatic goals. She can assist you with:

  • Learning to swim
  • Improving stroke and breathing efficiency
  • Triathlete training


Session Pricing: 30 minute session $38

Join NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Masters Swim Coach, Melissa Pavlica, for an invigorating small group training session in the pool. S’Wet is a total-body workout that combines high-intensity lap swimming intervals with strength-building exercises using water adaptive equipment. This 45-minute group session, limited to 8-12 participants, runs for 4 weeks and includes:

  • Lap swimming
  • Water running
  • Interval training with specialized water resistance equipment

Cost: $60 for the 4-week program

GlideFit is a unique class in our group fitness program, included in your membership at no additional cost. During this one-hour class, a group of 5 participants will engage in an innovative aquatic workout using specially designed paddleboards. GlideFit focuses on improving overall physical wellness, particularly by strengthening core and stabilizer muscles and enhancing functional balance—an essential component of daily activities and physical health. Suitable for all fitness levels, GlideFit offers a fun and challenging workout. Prepare to get wet and have a blast!

Join our 100-mile and 500-mile Swim Club to boost your swimming motivation! Here’s how it works:

Track Your Progress: Record your laps (swimming or walking) in the swim book located in the pool area.

Honor System: We rely on your honesty to track your progress.

Rewards: Reach 100 miles and receive a complimentary 100-mile club t-shirt. Continue to 500 miles for even more recognition!

This club is perfect for those looking for a fun and engaging way to stay motivated and achieve their swimming goals.
