Personal Training & Services

At Lake Park Swim & Fitness, we're committed to making a positive impact on our members' lives. Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete, our complimentary New Member Orientation is the perfect way to get started. Led by one of our certified personal trainers, this session is customized to fit your unique health and fitness goals.

Your New Member Orientation includes:

A review of your health history

An InBody scan to assess body composition (bone, muscle, water, and fat percentages)

A discussion of your goals and any limitations

A guided demonstration of 6–8 weight room machines

A personalized workout program for you to take home

Introducing Our Jump Start Program

Designed for new trainees, our Jump Start Program offers one-on-one personal training at a discounted rate. Work with a certified personal trainer twice a week for a month, choosing from two session options:

8 Half-Hour Sessions: $243.20

8 One-Hour Sessions: $384.00

Overcome Gym Intimidation with Personal Training

Stepping into a weight room can feel overwhelming, and it’s normal to have goals but be unsure how to achieve them—or to lack motivation at times. A personal trainer can help you overcome these challenges and take your fitness journey to the next level. At Lake Park Swim & Fitness, we offer trainers and programs tailored to all personalities, fitness levels, and budgets.

Training Options:

Traditional weight room sessions

Private studio training

Pool training

Private yoga or TRX sessions

Pricing:

One-on-One Training: $60/hour or $38/half-hour

Partner Training (2 people): $40 per person/hour

Semi-Private Training (3–6 people) and Small Group Training (5–12 people) are also available.

Non-members are welcome to train for an additional $5/session surcharge.

InBody Body Composition Analysis

Our InBody analyzer provides precise, quick, and non-invasive assessments, giving you valuable insights into your body composition. We use InBody scans for clients in personal training and precision nutrition programs to help tailor their fitness and nutrition plans.

Scan Options:

Single Scan: $30.00

6-Scan Punch Card: $99.00 (ideal for those not in training or nutrition programs)

This advanced technology helps you track key metrics like muscle mass, body fat, and water levels, ensuring you have the data you need to make informed decisions about your health and wellness.
Precision Nutrition Coaching

12-Week Precision Nutrition Program

Our Certified Nutrition Coaches offer a results-driven program combining nutrition science and personalized coaching:

Comprehensive eating and lifestyle analysis

Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions

Customized nutrition report with food options

Weekly InBody scans for progress tracking

Mobile app for daily accountability and habit tracking

Tips on meal prep, recipes, and dining out

Continuous support (in-person and virtual)

Price: $576 upfront or 3 monthly payments of $192

12-Week Precision Nutrition + Personal Training

Maximize results by combining nutrition coaching with personal training. Meet your coach/trainer three times weekly:

Once for nutrition coaching

Twice for training (30 or 60-minute sessions)

Price:

With 30-minute training sessions: $1,305 or 3 payments of $435

With 60-minute training sessions: $1,728 or 3 payments of $576
