Group Exercise
At Lake Park Swim & Fitness we are proud to offer an
extensive variety of group exercise classes to accommodate
both the beginner and the experienced fitness fanatic. By
offering over 80 hours of classes weekly from sunrise to
sunset, you are sure to find a class that will motivate,
challenge and reward you with results.
In addition to scheduled “free-style” classes such as Cardio-
Kickboxing, Amp’d Up Sculpt, Butts n’ Gutts, Cycle, Core, and
Water Aerobics, Attending a group exercise class is like
having your own “fitness coach” for a one-hour workout – a
perfect way to stay motivated, have fun and make new friends!
A Lake Park Swim & Fitness member says, “Attending a group

packed with high energy, fun and motivation. I love being held
accountable for attending and working out hard – if I miss a
class the instructors know it and so do the other participants.
